Hello! and Welcome to Etsy Street Team: BrushWorks!

I created BrushWorks because, as you know as members of Etsy - it is completely saturated with many different forms of "arts and crafts" such as beads, yarn and jewelry. It also lacks a good way of weeding and sorting out prints from original works of art.

Now, there is absolutely nothing wrong with those things as they are. but I think there are tons of serious painters and fine artists lost in this fuzzy jungle!

Everyone takes their art seriously on different levels. I want BrushWorks to be a team of "serious" artists. If you are looking for quality, original art, and artists with vision, this group is for you. It is for us. It is for real, original artists with real art; real passion, real motivation; looking for inspiration.

I believe this team is important because of the high demand for original work, but the lack of ability for it to be found; hidden like trees in a forest.

This is a way for us artists to gather together, be seen, and stand out from the crowd.

Share ideas. Get inspired. Feed from the unique creative energy in all of us.
